Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) announced a recruitment notification of 10 Posts Conservation Officer, Assistant Director and Director Vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online from 1st September to 5th October 2023 for Conservation Officer post. As per official advertisement, APSC recruitment 2023 notification, The maximum age limit for applying for this recruitment should not be less than 35 years and not more than 45 years. The selected candidates for these vacancies will get a pay scale of Rs. 30000/- to 110000 with grade pay and Other allowances as admissible to the Assam State government employees from time to time per month.

APSC Recruitment Qualification 2023 Vacancy

Name of Post : Assistant Director
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Planning from a recognized University/ institution (affiliated to UGC/ AICTE/ lTPl) with specialization in Urban Planning or Regional Planning or Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning or City Planning or Town and Country Planning or Town and Regional Planning or Transportation Planning or Housing or infrastructure Planning or Environmental Planning.

Name of Post : Director of Economics & statistics
Qualification : At least 2nd Class Master Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics from a Recognized University or its equivalent. Or

Degree of a Recognized University with Mathematics, Statistics, Economics as a Subject and a Diploma Recognized by Govt. obtained after at least 2 (two) years Post Graduate Training in Statistics.

Not less than 10 (ten) years experience in Statistical Works/investigation/Research in a Govt. Deptt, Or Commercial concern of repute or in conducting and guiding Research in Statistics in a University or institute
of Training & Research, as evidenced by published work. Administrative experience for not less thin S years in
a responsible capacity.

Name of Post : Conservation Officer (Gr.II)
Qualification : The candidate must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institute recognized by Govt.

Desirable Qualification : Experience in archaeological preservation works in a Government recognized institute.

Age Limit : The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 0l/01/2023.

Name of Post : Director of Economics & statistics
Age Limit : The candidates should not be less than 35 years of age and not more than 45 years of age as on 01/01/2023, Provided that for candidates belonging to the Assam Economics & Statistical Service there shall be no upper age limit.

• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/Employment Exchange
  Registration certificate of the candidate will be treated as proof of residency along with the application form.
