Eligibility Criteria :
1. Retiring / retired officers of Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.
2. Retired/ are going to retire within three months from the date of advertisement i.e. on or before 06.03.2023
Age Limit :- 1. Senior Defence Banking Advisor Retiring / retired officers having less than 60 year of age.
2. Defence Banking Advisor Retiring/ retired officers having less than 58 year of age.
Compensation Package:
1. Senior Defence Banking Advisor: The fixed compensation package per annum will be Rs.15.60 lacs.
2. Defence Banking Advisor: The fixed compensation package per annum will be Rs.14.40 lacs.

Selection Process :- 1. Shortlisted and shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Names of the shortlisted candidates shall be placed on the Bank’s website on www.pnbindian.in.
2. Shortlisting for Interview will be strictly based on the profile.
3. Final selection will be on the basis of performance in the Interview. The officers retiring within three months from the date of advertisement (i.e. on or before 06.03.2023) from Defence services may also be shortlisted but they shall get their assignment only after their retirement.
