Guwahati IIE Recruitment 2023 : Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) an organization under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India ,Guwahati has published recruitment notification of 07 posts Lead, Mentor, Senior Executive and Data Entry operator vacancies under Oil Jeevika Projects to be implemented by IIE on contract basis. Guwahati IIE Recruitment 2023 Details

Name of Post : Lead Project
No of Post : 01 Post
Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in Management! Rural Management/ Social work.
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with project implementation, technical & management / Entrepreneurship Development/ / skill development/ Livelihoods. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills with fluency in English Hindi.

Pay Scale : Rs. 39,000/- to Rs. 43,000/- per month
Age Limit : 30–45 years.

Name of Post : Mentor
No of Post : 01 Post
Qualification :

Master Degree in Management/ Rural Management/ Social work,
The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills with a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills with fluency in English & Hindi.

Experience :
-Experience in conducting EDP and MDP programs.
-Experience in training and mentoring entrepreneurs.
-Knowledge of the hand loom industry and its value chain.
-Knowledge of the mustard oil, honey, and buckwheat industries experience in production and processing of mustard oil, honey, buckwheat, and other by-products Experience in marketing and branding of products.
-Experience in developing and implementing sustainability plans.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Scale : Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Age Limit : 30–45 years

Name of Post : Senior Executive-Project
No of Post : 03 Posts
Qualification :
Graduate/Master Degree in Management/ Rural Management/ Social work.

Experience :
-4-5 years of experience in implementation of skill development projects.
-Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint word.
-Experienced in implementation of skill training on field.
-Experience in conducting TOT of trainers and AEBAS biometric system management.
-Extensive knowledge in working with Google sheets, drive, documents, google meet and google forms.
-Communication skills required for coordination and Liaoning.
-Experience in Centre identification and set up as per NSQF guidelines.
-Experience in project monitoring & evaluation.

Pay Scale : Rs. 29,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month
Age Limit : 30–45 years

Name of Post : Data Entry Operator
No of Post : 01 Post
Qualification : Minimum HS pass from recognized University/Board with adequate knowledge of Computer skills.
Experience :
-2 years experience in data entry
-Data entry speed should be 50 words per minute.
-MIS expertise, especially MS Office excel.
-Experience in working with Google sheets, drive, documents and google forms.
Age Limit : 25 – 35 Years
Pay Scale : Rs. 13,800/- to Rs. 17,200/-
