3. Diploma holders from Polytechnic in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunications with 60% marks from recognized institute with two years experience from a reputed institute.

Language : The applicants should have knowledge of the official language of the state of Assam (Assamese).

Employment Exchange : The candidates must have a valid Employment Exchange registration number of the Assam State.
