BOB New Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification

Post Name : Senior Manager (Relationship MSME-250)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in all semesters/years.

Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing & Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.

Work Experience :
Minimum 8 years of experience of Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.

Or, Minimum 6 years of experience of Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.

BOB Job Recruitment 2023 Manager Salary

According to the official notification for BOB Vacancy 2023, the selected candidate will get monthly pay scale MMG/S-III : Rs. 63840 x 1990 (5) – 73790 x 2220 (2) – 78230/-.

At present, monthly CTC at the initial level for MMG/S-III including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all perks and benefits like quarters facility, in lieu of HRA, for officers; Conveyance; Medical Aid; LTC; etc., admissible as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time is approximately R 2.14 lacs per month.
